Who are the Optimists? Optimists form one of the largest and most active voluntary community organizations in the world. We are an international all inclusive community organization that focuses upon making life better for children. Of all the worldwide Optimist districts, Michigan is the largest. The West Bloomfield Optimist Club is part of the Michigan District. As Optimists, we have only one mission and one focus: “Bringing out the best in kids.”
We meet every Tuesday at Fiddlers restaurant on Orchard Lake road south of Maple road on the west side of the road a little past Jax’s Car Wash.
I have been a member of the West Bloomfield Optimist Club since 2007.
Pictures are of a Christmas party we organized for over 150 children. In the West Bloomfield School District. Party was 100% paid from the West Bloomfield Optimist Club.
